AT serial is definitely Toyo. Looking at the serial number again, I'm guessing it isn't SNA10162, as listed in the posting, but probably "sn AT0162".
That would fit with the normal Atlantis s/n scheme and also be early enough to have the chain hanger feature.
Not important, really, but it was bugging me.

If it's legit, then the Atlantis is a very good deal, too.
<Warning: unnecessary pedantic detail>
If you look closely at this photo, you can see that there is a chain hanger braze-on on the drive side chain stay. I don't know when that feature was deleted, but it's the sign of a fairly early Atlantis. My previous 53cm Atlantis (s/n AT0748) did not have this feature so I was surprised to find that my current 56cm Atlantis (s/n AT0040) does have it.

I've tried messaging with the seller and it says "unavailable"
Though, the front rack does look like one of his.

Is SNA10162 supposed to be the serial number? I've had 2 Toyo Atlantii and the serial numbers were both ATXXXX.
Also, built up by Bruce Gordon? Is the seller trolling us? (Funny, if so) Bruce was rather critical of Rivendell even before the Atlantis was introduced.
Bruce even had a picnic table outside of his shop in Petaluma that was supported with old Bridgestone frames that had been welded up.
I'm not aware of any relationship between the two firms.
And, in total fairness, the one time I met him was pleasant and interesting and I've always been glad I went. The curmudgeon was not in.

For any sizable purchase these days, I'm asking to see the item on FaceTime, just like Dylan. That way, I at least know they own the item they are selling. You could still lose somehow, but less likely.
That's good to hear...the legit part I mean. I had an issue with a Rambouillet seller a few months ago. Proved to not be legit, but up until I asked for a facetime, I was convinced it was real.
No connection here, but it seems legit to me: there's an obituary for a person with that last name and a wife named Linda who seems to be the seller. It reads: "toured with the Oklahoma Bicycle Society."
Good luck to any potential buyer.

The seller has a bunch of bikes and frames all sized for the same person, one even has their name (Ramey) on it. They're also often in the same garage. So is this a sell off of an aging or possibly deceased collector? Or a screen grab/scam of someone else?? Very thorough, if so. I'd love to know.

Yeah. I didn't notice the seller's bio before posting. RUN AWAY! Or drive to Yukon, Oklahoma, and let us know.
Looks sketchy as hell! Proceed with caution. I remember this Atlantis from Ebay a couple years ago. I think it was up for over a year and the owner told me it sold (in this condition). I'd think a buyer at the time would have at least found a rear wheel, and put a saddle on it. Maybe potential buyer beware? who knows.
