Great photos!! And the bikes are very well dialled, each and every one. I suppose I'm not surprised, given the detail and thought you put into these 'dissertation' posts I've seen as well. That's a lot of Crusts! I am a pretty big fan of their stuff as well - generally not quite as refined as Rivendell when it comes to the details (all too many models have small errors that weren't caught on the engineering drawings...) but they've put out some genre-redefining models and aren't afraid to build a bike to nearly custom-build levels of light tubing, something nearly every other brand is too risk-averse to do. I'm actually building up a 26+ Evasion right now with drop bars to be my all-surface exploration and bikepacking rig. I'm only really interested in brands that are committed to a vision, based on passion and not trends. Obviously Rivendell and Crust are within this sphere, as well as Jones, Stooge, Stridsland, and others that I'm less personally invested in.
Also, every time I thought I reached the end of the quiver, I was wrong!!! LOL -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
