Haven't read the whole thread so someone may have mentioned this, but Shimano makes an 11sp 14-28 cassette (traditionally these are for Junior racing where high gears are restricted). Unlike 9sp which can be all loose cogs depending on model, these 11sp Shimano cassettes have the largest cogs on carriers, either two carriers of two each or a carrier of three cogs, depending on model. I have switched out these large cog carriers in order to get a 30t large cog from an 11-30 11sp cassette, and I assume the same is possible with Shimano's 11-32 cassettes to make the 14-32 11sp cassette you seek. I don't know Shimano's 11-32 cassettes, but you might not have an ideally logarithmic progression in your large cogs if you switch carriers like this the gap might be fine. For my own 14-30 cassette, the large cog progression was good, and more logarithmic than the 14-28. --Mitch Harris in the Utah Wasatch
