Nicely done - love the color contrast of the green bar tape. I've been repeatedly impressed by the variety of build styles the Hillborne lends itself to. I'm running Albatross bars on my mustard Sam and have been more than pleased with it on both pavement and dirt, but it sure looks good with those drops and down tube shifters. Bet you're going to have fun answering the question "How old is that bike?"
