I bought some 287V levers in 1999 when I built up my Ibis Mojo with WTB Off Road Drop bars, and they’ve worked great for 27 years. That means I’m old. I also tried a Travel Agent once on another bike, but prefer the 287Vs. I did a quick search and indeed, I only found a place in Canada that has them in stock. Good luck!
