After riding with extra layers for nearly 8 months, we got our first dose of heat this weekend (30C+) and it re-affirmed for me just how much I like cool-weather cycling.
I got a Brooks B17 in the fall, after using C17 for a couple years. I wore UnderArmour compression boxers and bib shorts with no padding, or whatever pants/tights/shorts, and it was bliss. Until a ride in 30C+ temps when I sweat so much and the saddle became so uncomfortable due to the chaffing. Still figuring out what to do next hot ride...
