I'm surprised this FS post hasn't gotten more traction / comments. The all-rounder is a grail bike for many, this build is really cool - I love the red paint on it.
If you're interested but need a nudge, Josh is the real deal, I have transacted with him in the past and all I can say, is you're in good hands. I have my all-rounder getting built as we speak and now I'm tempted myself, but this is too small for me. Someone will be very happy with this bike!
