Have you tried one of these? http://www.velo-orange.com/volibrforraa.html I ordered one of those thingies. Took the nut off the nitto rack nut bolt and washer thingy, slipped thingy A onto the bolt part of thingy B. Reinstalled the bolt, put on the light. NOTE! You'll need to take the whatchamacallit off the lamp, might could use the bolt from it though.
