Hey Ian, great to hear you have one in route! I'm 6ft, and thinking the 54 would be best, especially if the TT is a bit longer than originally planned (that was a mentioned change). The 58 gives long enough reach and ability to get the bars up real high, but would have very minimal stand-over which I need for those off-camber trail dabs! Plus the 54 doesn't have the horizontal tube, which isn't terrible, just unnecessary for me.
