Hi, Lesli! Not a Brooklyn hotel, but a real nice one in Manhattan, and reasonable. The Milburn Hotel, 76th street, just west of Broadway, and two blocks east of Riverside Park. Also near Central Park, the Met, a bunch of nice little restaurants, and a few delis and grocery stores/delis.
