Of course as Angus said ... call Rivendell. But it's not all PBH.

Other variables I would mention, pedal and shoe choices, crank arm
length, seatpost setback and saddle position also factor in.
While I'm almost as tall as those who've chimed in at 5"11 1/2" I only
use a SH of 73cm with a PBH of 85. I have a longer torso and arms so
on my 58 Ram I have my B17 all the way back on a 30mm setback
seatpost. I also use a Ritchey SPD pedals which have closer cleat to
axle height and use 175 crank arms. If I used a quill pedal, flat
shoes, middle saddle position and 170 arms I would be ~1 1/2 cm
higher. I also run a 11cm stem with my Noodles.  Bottom line... it's
way more complex than PBH or Saddle height.
