We can try to help you as we have a decent cross-section of heights
+pbh on this list but it's always helpful to get a ride.  if you're in
a decent east coast city you should be able to find an owner to let
you test ride.  there are also some bikes that are similiar in
philosophy that can help.

the biggest mental hurdle is that you will be on a bigger size bike
(unless you get one of the vanity sized bikes like the bombadil or
hillborne :) ) there are some anecdotal stories of people buying one
size too big and then going back to a smaller size, but i think thats
due to the variation from person to person.  i have a 56 hillborne, i
think i could've done a 60 as i have my bars pretty high.
