I use B-17's, both standard and special. Right now I've got black, honey,
and even a green one for my folding bike. I use the honey on my silvery
Quickbeam and it doesn't look out of place at all. It's darkening with time
as well, though not as dark as the brown, at least not yet.

My suggestion is to get both, decide which looks best on the Hunq and then
buy another Riv in colors to match the unused saddle. At least that's what I
do. :-)
