Ambrosio is easy to misspell as the dessert name; he's just quoting
standard Rivspeak for the tire clearance, and makes it clear that's
what he's doing; "extended top tube for Rivendell" means he's thinks
the toptube is kinda long for a 61cm Rivendell.

There is nothing suspect about this ad.
