Yes, Ian it is a 700 wheel, with canti brakes.

I got lazy this weekend and didn't take pics.  I apologize.

The bike was stolen from me and then recovered.  In looking for a new
bike while it was still missing, I realized it was too big for me.  It
always felt that way, but I thought I was just oddly shaped.

Please note:  The bike suffered some paint damage while on "holiday".
Nothing too deep, nothing too alarming, but it was perfect before so I
feel it has to be mentioned.  I was going to wait until I took pics,
but since there was interest, and I hastily posted the sale without
mentioning it, I have to disclose it now.

Ideally, I would love to trade the frame to someone who has a smaller
frame.  Be it a Sam, Bleroit, or the like.  It would save us both some
money!  Although I don't really know the reality of someone making the
same mistake I did on the small side.
