Unfortunately, that doesn't exist on the "mobile" interface. And, from my iPhone's safari web browser, I cannot actually put content into the reply when I choose the "Desktop" interface.
Both the mobile and desktop interfaces used to work from my iPhone before Google's recent change, which broke them. Bad Google! Bad!
