I have a pair for Nitto prototype Bullmoose handlebars. These are from Rivendell. I believe that they have the same reach/width as the current model that Rivendell sells, only the rise is higher. You could get the bars up pretty high without maxing out the quill. Measuring with a compass they appear to have around 30 degree of rise. They are in excellent condition.
