My understanding was it's a bit of bike-to-parts consolidation. I'm torn because the standover is good for me (I prefer more to less), but the tt length is a tossup. I've ridden 55/56 with sweptback bars, which worked; and 54/55 with drops that needed a shorter stem. Theoretically this would make a Moustache Bar setup (which stretches the cockpit a bit) work for me on this bike, which would create a Curt-built version of the original Bstone XO-1: 26-inch wheels, caliper brakes..a bike I adore. Then there's that pesky price thing... Joe Bernard Vallejo, CA.
