I feel obliged to note after someone pointed this out that you can get the C LF and the SQR new in the UK for much less than the $149 and $66 that PJW and Wallingford charge in this country.
Still, happy to sell mine as above at no more than I paid for them last year, and I think a bit less; also happy to consider trades. Again $135 shipped CONUS for both.
