Here are some pictures, mounted to the Velocity Dyad rims on my QuickBeam. http://www.flickr.com/photos/71141757@N02/sets/72157630487687298/
And - surprise - they're wider than I first thought. Bruce Gordon Cycles says they're 43mm, but my calipers show them as 45.3mm wide at widest point (which is across the shoulder of knobs). The tires ride just fine, and have room for good fender clearance, but they're too close to my chainstays, not enough room for a quarter to slip past. So, I have decided to put them up for sale. *$80* delivered, in same box as shipped to me by BG. The tires have been ridden - literally - around the block on smooth pavement. I can take cash or a check, no paypal. Or RBW credits, if that sorta thing can happen. - Andrew, Berkeley On Thursday, July 5, 2012 9:56:17 AM UTC-7, davidfrench wrote: > > Andrew, a post without a pictures is like a kiss without a mustache (bars)! > :-) > This makes me want a Quickbeam (or Bombadill, or Hunqa) even harder. > I picked-up 4 tires at Bruce yesterday. > They will go for now on my Ventana. > Bruce is an amazing guy!
