Seriously, powdered Gatorade mixed to about half the recommended dose works better than plain water for me on really hot days (over 90). But there's only so much of that I can handle. I always have a bottle of plain water on board as well, an probably drink 2 bottles of water to 1 bottle of dilute Gatorade. The sugars make a huge mess of the bottle and whatever drips on the frame is tough to remove.
