Well I have for the most part finished my build on the Holdsworth. The brakes I've got on it are cheap or at very least weak springed with no adjustment. So I went to replace them and realized that the bike must have originally been for 27 inch wheels. Anyway I'm looking to find a brake to replace these but need to have a very low reach. Here is the photo though not close enough for specifics it does show how how high the brakes ride.
Any ideas would be appreciated..
