Same here. Never wear garish colors, skin tight pants or shorts, and, as I use White pedals with half cages, cycling shoes. When I did my cross country trip a few years back, most of the U.S. riders I met along the way were in full kit. The occaisional Aussies and Kiwis, as well as continental Europeans I met along the way tended to share my attitude toward riding attire.
