Now those are the rides I like.  Three/Four hour ride through the
local hills, along the trails...take off in the morning and have the
afternoon free for something else. I try to get out one or two weeks
during the summer and go somewhere camping or visiting but those
little rides are a nice break from commuting, shopping, jury duty..all
the I have to transport myself somewhere type rides.
