I have the ones David linked to on one bike, one thing to keep in mind, IMHO, 
they provide little cushioning, they look great though, I don't remember them 
being as cheap though, I picked mine up second hand for still a lot for just 
grips.

They originally were blond but developed a crack, so when I repaired them I 
restrained in a walnut and shellacked them too.  Also no,cushioning at all, but 
then on my road bikes I get by with just cotton bar tape, nothing under neath.

Both the brooks and dia compe grips can slide off and on easily for cockpit 
changes.

I'm not a fan of the mt grips on swept back bars, feels strange to me.
