I work at a shop that sells the Topeak drybag cases for the iphone 4. They
seem like a good affordable option that can stand up to a little spray too.
I particularly like that they don't require the phone to be in a special
(read: bulky) case to clip into a mount. I have my phone in a sleeve case
and don't want to wrangle it into a case every time I want to have the
phone on my ride. The bag is nice that you can just slide the phone in and
go. The plastic would likely protect the phone some should it fall, and the
mount can be attached to the stem to have the phone centered in the
cockpit: nice!

I've ordered one for my iphone 5 and will report back my initial
impressions.
