Surly Steamroller - used, the frames are cheap as dirt (I've seen $150 around the SF area), and with Tektro long reach brakes, they work for 650B. I'm finishing up a build for my wife now. Fits 650B x 38 with no trouble, and I'm going to shove Hetres in there soon to see how they fit.
