I like the looks with the Promenade bar. If you want to go wider - but not as wide as the 55 Bosco - the VO Left Bank bar is in the middle at 49cm wide.
Not sure why you can't use inverse levers on the Bosco. They take bar end shifters so should take inverse levers no problem.
