Although not high tpi, I have enjoyed the big Resist Nomads. They measure out a little over 40 on Velocity Synergy rims. They leave a little to be desired in the finish department (nowhere near as good as Panaracer tires) but the price is right, they are plush and feel quick. No flats in over 1000 miles. There is a little review in the Ocean Air Cycles blog somewhere.
