I have one of these: http://www.mygearup.com/inc/sdetail/20095___oak_ftc/89/381 and it works well.
I also have a Delta Michelangelo gravity stand that works pretty good too. I am always wondering if the gravity stand is going to fall over, though. But, it seems solid enough.
