The quick answer is yes. :-)

I started with the touring pedals (still used on my bike in Hilo). Next I
moved to the Grip Kings which were a big improvement. Still not satisfied I
added pedal spikes to the GKs...much better. Then the Gripsters came out
and...well two of the four bikes I keep at home are using them.

My preference isn't based so much on high cadence (I'm usually 80-90, not
so high) but on wet conditions. Here in Honolulu it seems to shower just
about once a ride for me and as I'm almost always in Tevas and mostly in an
urban environment I like to keep my feet on my pedals. I've had no trouble
with the Gripsters and just writing this email makes me think I should
order another set. :-)
