Mine started as a D'lite also. In short I got rid of the fabric (it was deteriorating) and the tubes that held the fabric up. Then I cut a deck out of 3/8 plywood and made little walls/rails. I can send a few detail pics when I get it back from Chris, or perhaps Chris will take/post a few detail shots.
I've heard of people finding a plastic tub - like for mixing cement - that nests inside the frame but I've never seen it done.
