It's pretty close. If high handlebars are a big concern, you'll lose 1.5 cm of 
handlebar height on the Atlantis and Hunq for a given bar/stem combo. (64 cm 
Atlantis and 65 cm AHH have equal head tube heights, because of a 1 degree 
difference in TT upslope angle. Atlantis slopes up 1 degree more.)

My own experience with Rivendells has been that high bars are so easy to get 
that such a 1.5 cm bar height loss wouldn't register, because when I'm close to 
my size, the stem's limit line is always buried a couple cm. if I went down a 
frame size, I'd be closer to maxed out on stem and it would still work fine.
