I might have missed it but I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Avocet O2 
saddle?  I love those saddles and have them on all of my bikes and several 
backups,  including one that is almost new. Of course, Avocet is basically 
dead, so that may be the reason no one is using them anymore. :(
 
I also have a "Ferrari" saddle. Its a 90s Selle Italia Novus that was made 
for the Colango-Ferrari bike. It looks like this one:
