I used the Brand V handlebar bag to carry rain gear and other small items while riding RAGBRAI this year. I had to make longer straps in order to make the bag ride level with the handlebars. The bag is stiff enough to keep it's shape and I have never had a problem with it drooping or sagging. I have a matching saddlebag for my Soma and I bought another for my Atlantis.
