Nicely documented build! I love all the detailed photos... Seems like a great re-purposing. In intrigued by the igh option, and that crank cog seems awfully small. I've got a beater XO3 that is waiting for a series of winter projects... Ss/fixed or ugh are both on the list of potentials.
