Your listing is highly misleading and it's contradicted with your title
here, which is correct in saying it's an 1983 model, but it's a Sport.
It's not an original 1st generation Stumpie. The original came with TA
cranks, Tommaselli brake levers, Mafac brakes and Sun Tour ARX derailers
and sold for $750.

The parts shown in your listing , like the Mountech derailers, Sugino AT
crank, and Shimano BR MC-70 Canti's indicate the* Sport* model, which came
in 1983 and sold for $500. FWIW ... A brand new-in-box one 1983 Sport
like this sold for about that a while ago. The Sport came with a top tube
decal that could be easily removed .... ...... ;)

I know this because I just recently sold my Sport I bought in 1983, and my
sister still has an original 1982 version .
