For a while now, been using Cinelli gel-cork tape at the "grip" area , but I'll eventually go to the Miesha's Grips chilling in my parts bin. I'd recommend those, or if you want something more squishy, the ESI foam grips - (which are on my Boscos), are pretty solid and sold at most LBSs.
