Interesting that the model marketed for more aggressive riders, the Revolt, 
makes a very abrupt fact that this bike has a lower BB height with that 
dogleg chain stay which is not on the Anyroad. An actual measurement of BB 
heights are not published and not ascertained simply with a scale as they 
have cut the pictures to eliminate the lower wheel and/or ground. They 
almost seem to be actively avoiding any scalar defining it for comparison.

The target use of these bike do appear to give a nod to Riv/Grant Peterson 
with (among other verbage)  lower BBs on these country bikes for the lycra 
team kit market. 

If Chain slap is that evil, becoming so insidious between the micro 
categorizations of "sport adventure" and "No mission too great",  an old 
Cunningham-designed Nishiki had an alternate answer:
