But, the only thing done to make a Ram into a 650b was to change calipers. The frame was in modified. Raise the pads in the calipers, or swap back, and it's back to 700c. If Toshi or I were going to sell one of our Rams complete, as-is, I'd be sure to point that out; but could switch it, or, if fork/frame, wouldn't matter....
