That appears identical to examples/standard/rinside_sample0.cpp (even though for some reason you do not say so). All examples in that directory built via the Makefile, so either one of make make rinside_sample0 should do. If they don't, then your setup is busted. As I do have not have access to OS X I cannot help and meekly suggets you ssh to a simpler-to-use system. Based on prior email exchanges with you I seem to recall that you should have access to a RedHat/CentOS and/or Debian/Ubuntu system. Try that to convince yourself _the file you are looking at_ is fine.
