I uploaded RcppArmadillo to CRAN 2 1/2 days ago --- but just like every now
and so often it just sits there, and nobody cares to tell us what, if
anything, is holding it up.
So I put it into the Rcpp drat repo from where you can install the usual way,
if you're so inclined:
drat:::add("RcppCore")
install.packages("RcppArmadillo", type="source")
