No. Not legal or plausible. Explosive devices are strictly forbidden.
However, if you're talking about a suicide bomber in a van or small
truck hauling a paint grenade, then that is a definite "possibility".
If allowed, the following requirements would probably apply:
1) the paint grenade would have to be concealed inside the vehicle
before the moment of firing
2) the suicide vehicle would have to stop at least five feet from it's
intended target(s)
3) a single shot from an armed asset would destroy the suicide vehicle
4) the suicide vehicle would itself be destroyed when the bomb went off,
crediting the opposing vehicle closest to the bomber with the hit
I will convene of committee of veteran battlers to discuss the matter
after everyone on the forum has had a chance to view their opinion.
