No Maus ever fired a shot. There were two prototypes, V1 and V2. Only V2 ever 
had a proper turret fitted. As the russians advanced into germany the Maus 
prototypes were destroyed - justy not completely. The hull of V1 survived and 
the turret of V2. The russians fitted V2's turret to V1 and hauled it back to 
the motherland.

 

However, since V2 was, technically, completed as a gun tank then I don't see 
why it wouldn't be legal under the RC tank combat rules.
