T067 weighs in at about 80kg currently, perhaps another 5kg or so to add yet.
I am about to make an M113 out of steel and by my calcs with 2mm steel it will not be anywhere near 100kg. Of course it will only be 75cm long, wont have a turret. If you went for a 1/6 Abrams or similar large vehicle then I guess you could hit 100kg easily.
