Here's a snapshot from the speed control article of the switches
commonly used to trip relays using a servo:

They are standard micro switches made by dozens of manufacturers.
Here's a picture of the relay wiring that actually does the motor
control. The white wires are the control lines that come from each of
the four micro-switches tripped by the two servos being used:
