There has been a plan in place for some time to move the Ordnance Museum to
Ft. Lee. I suppose the plan is being implemented. I'd like to see how they
plan to move some of the larger items like the 16 inch gun and the rail
mounted German gun. The collection is very extensive and I can't imagine
how moving it could possibly save Uncle Sugar a single dime.

Subject: [TANKS] no more Tiger at Aberdeen?

I have been hearing over the last few days that the Tiger at Aberdeen hasn't
been there in some time and is in some place called Ft Eustis (sp?)

can anyone confirm this?

I have no idea where this place is (did a search and) - currently it's
showing to be in Newport News, Va.

anyone able to confirm if the Tiger is there now?

i was also old the Elephant is no longer at Aberdeen either
