BILL is a top-attack weapon.  It over-flies the target
and detonates above the upper deck where armor is typically
thinner.

You can see the ATGM as -
0:04 sec - black dot below left of target
0:06 sec - white dot in front of lower hull
0:07 sec - white dot in front of left side of turret
0:08 sec - white dot apparently missing left side of turret
0:09 sec - detonation above and behind turret
(note shrapnel bursts on the ground on either side of
the vehicle)
