I am pleased to announce that Bill Byrnes' Pz38 has been officially
designated as T080 with construction details and photos posted at:

The Panzer will get a trial-by-fire at the upcoming Oct 29 battle in
Gettysburg, PA. Considering that Bill will be traveling some 15 hours
to get to the battle, we can only assume that he's really itching for
some action.
