As well as heat stroke, probably the worst of the bunch, right up there with the pool...

From that wise sage, Wikipedia (or is it Wikedpedia?!)

Heat illness or heat-related illness is a spectrum of disorders due to environmental heat exposure. It includes minor conditions such as heat cramps, heat syncope, and heat exhaustion as well as the more severe condition known as heat stroke.[1] Heat stroke is defined as a body temperature of greater than 40.6 蚓 (105.1 蚌) due to environmental heat exposure with lack of thermoregulation. This is distinct from a fever, where there is a physiological increase in the temperature set point of the body.

Treatment involves rapid mechanical cooling.

Here's to floating the day away with daquari in hand,

Ditto. Although from Michigan, I grew up in Florida and much prefer the heat to cold. After all, if one does nothing in the cold then they can die from hypothermia. Don't have that problem in the heat. ;)
